Founded in 2011, AZAR Foundation, Inc. began as a nonprofit rooted in a simple but powerful belief: every person — regardless of zip code, background, or circumstance — deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and networks that make lasting success possible. What started as work in three communities grew into a nationally recognized organization advancing business development, educational consulting, and community empowerment across Texas and beyond. The nonprofit formally dissolved in 2022.
The name AZAR means "to help, succor, support, and aid" — a principle that has guided every partnership and initiative since day one. In 2022, the organization transitioned into AZAR Foundation, LLC, a for-profit entity, and launched the iCare Community Project & Coalition, a platform designed to connect corporations with communities at scale and transform goodwill into sustainable, systemic change.

Founded; 3 communities; partnered with Buckner International.
Grew to 43 communities; launched Youth Entrepreneur Program & U-Connect Technology.
Expanded to 116 communities; added STEM, 4-H, Perot Museum collaboration & Enrichment Camps.
Launched Healthy Heart Healthy Mind with DISD & AHA; secured Head Start contract — 46 centers.
COVID-19 testing for Head Start Centers — 1,500+ families/week across 300 communities.
Formalized as AZAR Foundation, LLC; launched iCare Community Project & Coalition.
Dr. Charlotte Allen certified as Human Rights Consultant — USIDHR.
Partnered with 30~TalkCares to expand mental health access for marginalized families & veterans.
"Fit Mind, Fit Body" youth mental health program & "Ink Spot" mobile art therapy launched.
